1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from Victory Sport Gears (E3, Ewet Housing, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. Products
We strive to display product colors, dimensions, and specifications accurately. Minor variations may occur. All products are 100% authentic. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and approved mobile money providers. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Uyo and next-day delivery across Akwa Ibom State. Delivery times for other locations vary. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
5. Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Personal hygiene items and customised products are non-returnable.

7. Limitation of liability
Victory Sport Gears is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except as required by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Akwa Ibom State.
